We are pleased to announce that 93 percent of the Stuart Hall Class of 2017 has qualified to participate in the DukeTIP program. We are very proud of their hard work and effort, and we commend them for achieving this honor.
Duke's Talent Identification Program identifies academically talented Seventh Graders based on their standardized test scores. In order to be eligible, students must score in the 95th percentile or higher in one of the specific core subject areas of their Fifth or Sixth Grade standardized test scores. Candidates are then invited to take the SAT or ACT along with juniors in high school preparing for college admissions. This allows the students greater insight into their academic abilities.
