Duke's Talent Identification Program identifies academically talented Seventh Graders based on their standardized test scores. In order to be eligible, students must achieve a qualifying score in one of the specific core subject areas of their Fifth or Sixth Grade standardized test scores. Candidates are then invited to take the SAT or ACT along with juniors in high school preparing for college admissions. This allows the students greater insight into their academic abilities.
