3rd Grade Donates Playground Equipment to OLPH

As part of their Quality of the Month presentation, our Third Grade class collected playground balls for Our Lady of Perpetual Help School. This Catholic school in Kenner has a big green space, but they don’t have anything at all to play with at recess. Through the generosity of our S/H families, our Third Graders collected more than 100 footballs, soccer balls, kickballs, and volleyballs, as well as 20 jump ropes and hula hoops. The Third Grade also hosted a popcorn sale during morning recess to raise money for an outdoor playhouse for OLPH's Preschool. Thank you to everyone who participated.
