Application Process

PK3 and PK4

Applicants must be age 3 for PK3 and age 4 for PK4 by June 1.

  1. A tour of the campus

  2. A completed application, including statement letter and copy of birth certificate

  3. A pre-school observation of your son in his current school

  4. A teacher recommendation from his current teacher, provided by Stuart Hall

  5. A speech-language, hearing, and school readiness screening administered by Language, Literacy, and Learning, L.L.C.

  6. A play date on the campus for the applicant (PK4 applicants only)

  7. Admission committee review of child’s completed file

  8. Admission notification letters mailed in the spring

K - 7th Grade

The birthday cut off is June 1 for Kindergarten through Seventh Grade applicants.

  1. A tour of the campus

  2. A completed application, including statement letter and copy of birth certificate

  3. A teacher recommendation from his current teacher provided by Stuart Hall

  4. A basic IQ test administered by an independent tester (4th through 7th grade applicants may submit consecutive years of standardized test scores in lieu of IQ testing)

  5. Release of records from his current school (report cards and standardized testing results)

  6. A play date on the campus for the applicant (K applicants)

  7. Spend a day on campus in his current grade (1st -7th applicants)

  8. Admission committee review of child’s completed file

  9. Admission notification letters mailed in the spring
